Getting to see what goes on behind the scenes at the University of Saskatchewan’s Western College of Veterinary Medicine has been a real education – from CT scans to PET scans, LINAC radiation treatments, and surgeries; from sugar gliders to tortoises to cats and dogs and dairy cows and horses; from field medicine to the latest cutting-edge research. Behind it all is the incredible people who work there and their passionate love for animals of every kind.
